AN UNKNOWN LATVIAN TRAIL IN THE REPRESSED UKRAINIAN ACADEMIC HISTORY: A.A. NEBII (1899-1937)
In the article, based on the materials of the Branch State Archive of the SSU, the author analyzes the life and creative path of the senior scientist of the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, the Latvian Ans (Hans) Nebii (1899-1937). The materials of the archives, as well as the person of the research, were first introduced into scientific circulation. This will not only allow supplementing the biographical component of academic science in Ukraine, but it also confirms the breadth of the repression of the Soviet totalitarian system.
