BULL EX COMISSIO NOBS A DEO AND FORMATION OF AN INDEPENDET POLISH CHURCH

The article deals with the formation of independent Polish church in the early medieval Poland, including the reign of Prince Boleslaw III (1102-1138). Through the prism of political life in Poland and political history of German states and processes of christianization of the Slavic territories given to attempt to analyze the development of Polish-German relations church in this period. Autor elucidate an issue the influence of investiture on the underlying processes. Sholar cofeful studies the general system of international relations in Central and Eastern Europe in this period and their impact and interchurch relationship. In the article historian analyzes the activities of Archbishop Norbert to join Polish religious institutions sphere of influence to the Archdiocese of Magdeburg. The author research the actions of prince Boleslaw III to address religious structures belonging Poland. The scientist argues that a Merseburg Congress 1135 played key role for the diplomatic solution of the issue.

Also attempt textual analysis of bullas Sacrosancta Romana and Ex comissio nobis a Deo (Bulla Gnieźnieńska), which have become key instruments for resolving this problem. The article outlines future directions for research of this subject, including the problem of the place of bulls in medieval political and legal ideas
